Our team
We believe it’s possible to end extreme poverty
The people who live in rural Africa know their communities best—that’s why we hire our business mentors directly from the communities we serve. Guided by our five core values of ubuntu, integrity, passion, sustainability, and innovation, our world-class team has grown to 524 team members, 97% of whom are African.
